Built by someone actually on the tools
ProQuoter started because I was tired of running jobs through notes, screenshots, WhatsApp and memory. Existing software felt like office software adapted for trades — not something you could use on site, in the van, or when signal was rubbish.
I wanted one place to run the job: enquiry → measure → quote → book → invoice. Fast enough to use between jobs, not admin at 10pm. So I built it.

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial starts with just an email — no card required. You only add payment details if you pick a plan at the end.
Does it work with bad signal on site?
Yes. ProQuoter is built offline-first — quotes, measures and job notes save on your device when signal drops, then sync automatically when you're back online. You can see the sync status, so nothing fails silently.
Can my accountant use the exports?
Yes. Income and expense records export as tidy CSV files with stable columns your accountant can open in any spreadsheet, plus a year-end summary PDF. VAT, CIS and mileage figures are included where you use them.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your customers, quotes, jobs and records live in your account, and your financial records export to CSV and PDF whenever you want them. Your prices are never shared or changed without your say-so.
Is there an Android app?
